Matthew obtained his Masters of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. He also works with Sport Climbing BC as their chair for athlete performance. Matthew has post graduate training in dry needling (IMS), manual therapy techniques, plyometrics and participates in numerous climbing courses, such as attending the Climbing Medicine Symposium. He has worked with athletes who have played in the CFL, NLL, and also youth and adult climbers who have competed at Nationals in boulder, lead and send V10+ outdoors.
